In May of this year, when our Choir performed at the Christian Aid Concert, we were given a "Puffin Award of Merit " by the Minister, Elders and members of St Mark's United Reformed Church, Amble.
This award is given to individuals and groups to recognise their special contribution to the local community. Previous group recipients have been Amble Foodbank and the Community Kitchen . So Harbour Lights Community Choir, join a special bunch of people recognised for contributions to our community.
A special thanks to Audrey Jones, who embroidered the Puffin so beautifully.

Many thanks to Sarah Mitchell who co-ordinated the event, organised the lovely summer evening weather and took the photos.
